During the discussion on The West Bengal Schools (Control of Expenditure) Amendment Bill 2016 tabled by higher education minister Partha Chatterjee, the FB member questioned the integrity of members saying that questions papers were being leaked before examinations for teachers recruitment tests which were being traded upon.
This immediately infuriated the ruling Trinamool Congress members who started shouting against him.
Speaker censured Ramz said that his statement amounted to breach of privilege of a member and threatened to bring a motion in this regard unless he asked for an apology and withdraw the statement.
Banerjee also suggested senior Opposition LF members to tutor Ramz on conduct rules within the house.
