The 38-year-old artiste said he struck a deal with Ryan Silverman and The Wooden Palate in 2015 to remodel his spare bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, deck and a man cave.
According to the documents obtained by TMZ.com, when the workers finished the project last year in October, Madden had paid USD 478,509 for the job, which he claims "was done improperly and would have to be redone", especially the man cave.
The Good Charlotte member added the custom built doors for the wine cellar had to be repaired, along with other defects, which cost him an extra USD 78,000.
Comment from Silverman is awaited.
