The two firms have entered into an agreement to tap Rs the 2,000-crore Indian automotive refinish market and may even set up a joint venture, Berger Paints said in a statement.
"The companies may discuss establishment of a joint venture in India at a later date," the company said.
The products will be launched next month.
Berger Paints, which is already present in the automotive paints segment, would offer high-quality, easy-to-use coatings suited to the diverse needs of auto re-finish market, the company said.
"The companies are optimistic that the superior automotive re-finish paints will have considerable demand in the Rs 2,000 crore automotive refinish market in India," it said.
