"We are planning two units in Assam. One under Berger and another British Paints brands," Berger chairman Kuldip Singh Dhingra said here today after the AGM.
British Paints is a division of Berger.
Dhingra said they were yet to sign a pact for land with Assam government.
"We will place the proposal with the board shortly." he said.
