Singer-actress Bette Midler was reportedly turned away from the opening of "Fashion Underground: The World of Susanne Bartsch" at the Museum at FIT.
Midler, 69, however, did not care and left the venue, reported New York Post.
"It was ridiculous. She walked away saying she didn't care. But Dianne Brill waltzed right in," a source said.
Another source claimed that when Midler got there, they were "at capacity."
Calvin Klein, Simon Doonan and RuPaul got in to see looks from Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood.
