The street youth's return will be linked to the mystery of who killed Sara (Caity Lotz), reported Deadline.
She will make her first appearance since April 2014's 'Seeing Red' in the episode 'Uprising' - set to air in 2015.
"She plays a pivotal part in the investigation into Sara's death," confirmed showrunner Andrew Kreisberg.
"I just watched the dailies the other day, and it was really great to see her back, because she such an important part of season two."
Back in August, Taylor-Klaus was cast in MTV's 'Scream' series. She will play teen filmmaker Audrey Jensen in the ten-episode first season, slated to premiere in October 2015.
