"If I have to choose between a Hollywood film and an Indian film I will always choose an Indian film first," said Bachchan, 72, at the trailer launch of Vidhu Vinod Chopra's debut English film 'Broken Horses'.
Bachchan's only Hollywood role came in Baz Luharmann's 'The Great Gatsby' where he had a guest appearance.

"Language has been never an issue or a problem for me. I have to get attracted to the creative material first. Yes, I have to know the language. But none of the offers were exciting," he said.
