In the past 24 hours, Purnea received a rainfall of 0.7 mm and Bhagalpur received 1.6 mm of rainfall, the Met office said in a bulletin.
The Met department has forecast partly cloudy sky for Patna and Gaya tomorrow.
The Met office also said that there is a possibility of rain or thunderstorm in Bhagalpur and Purnea tomorrow.
The maximum temperature at Patna stood at 32 deg C today, while Gaya recorded a maximum temperature of 37.7 deg C the Met office said.
Dehri in Rohtas district recorded the highest maximum temperature at 38 deg C.
