Those present at the 'Nagrik Abhinandan Programme' included Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Assembly Speaker Hriday Narayan Dixit, Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma and others.
