The illegally sold bikes were seized from different villages of Kandhamal district during a joint operation by the Sambalpur town police and Gochhapada police, Harihar Pradhan, Inspector In-charge of Gochhapada Police station, said.
On a tip-off, a team from Sambalpur town police station arrived in Kandhamal and raided the houses of at least 32 people in about 20 villages under Gochhapada, Phiringia and Phulbani town police limit and seized 25 two wheelers of different makes, Pradhan said.
