Chloe Goins, 27, was just a teenager when Cosby allegedly forced himself upon her at a party in 2008, reported BBC online.
Goins said she felt dizzy and sick after Cosby gave her a drink and escorted her to a room, reported BBC.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to file criminal charges in the case at the end of last year (15), and now Goins herself has ended her legal action.
Andrea Constand claims Cosby sexually assaulted her at his house after giving her pills that knocked her out.
Cosby is currently fighting similar sexual assault claims from more than 50 women. The comedian and his legal representatives have consistently denied all allegations.
