The Spanish-style abode boasts nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms and it could be ideal for a health-conscious individual as it features a gym, swimming pool, spa and a tennis court.
A two-story living room is one of the main features of the mansion, which includes a library.
The 11,012-square-foot property - which was built in 1929 - also has the looks thanks to the fountains in its half-acre outdoor gated area.
