Birbhum violence: Five-day police remand for 10 arrested

A local court today remanded 10 persons arrested in connection with the violence in Birbhum district to five days police custody.
The arrested people were produced before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Indranil Chatterjee which granted the police request for five-day custody.
Three persons were killed in a clash between Trinamool Congress and BJP supporters at Makra village in the district on Monday.
