Ramesh Singh will be BJP candidate from Jangipur seat in Ghazipur while Suresh Saini will contest from Bilari in Morababad, a party release issued here said.
Polling in Jangipur was necessitated following the death of sitting Samajwadi Party MLA and the UP cabinet minister Kailash Yadav in February and in Bilari following the death of SP's Haji Irfan in a road accident in March.
Polling for the two seats will be held on May 16 and counting will take place on May 19.
