The BJP, which has a strength of 26 MLAs in the House, has not attended the even one of the nine sittings of the budget session, which is set to reassemble on Monday.
Health Minister Kaul Singh Thakur appealed to the BJP to return to the House and participate in discussions and raise issues of public interest, and hoped that the party's MLAs would return after the rally of BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on February 16 at Sujanpur.
BJP disrupted the House from the opening day of the session and continued boycotts or protests in one form or the other on all nine days.
