Talking to reporters meeting two of the party volunteers who were injured in the election violence at the Government Hospital here, he said the voters list contained even the names of those who died.
The by-election was necessiated by the death of the Chairman S K G Sekar. However, even his name was also in the list and as per records Sekar "voted" at the St.Andrea Girls Higher Secondary School.
He said "We have proof to show that a large number of people belonging to the ruling party, beggars and roadside mentally challenged persons had cast bogus votes. Many ghosts have voted in the by poll".
"While the names of the Persons who were alive were removed, those who were dead found place in the voters list."
He said he had enough proof of the election malpractice and he would file a case and face it legally.
