The saffron party also criticised the reported controversial comment of Congress supporter Tehseen Poonawalla on the Jain monk who appeared in nude to deliver a lecture 'Kadve Vachan' in the Assembly on Friday.
"Society has been hurt by the indecent remarks of AAP and Congress leaders. The condemnable comments on Sagarji show the low-level thinking of AAP and Congress parties.
"It shows what the leaders of these parties think about religion and monks. We denounce these comments," BJP general secretary Anil Jain said in a statement.
Dadlani, a staunch AAP supporter, deleted the tweet and tendered an apology, saying he "made a mistake by offending the peaceful Jain community".
He also apologised to the Jain monk.
