The 19-day long budget session of the Assembly is concluding tomorrow. It is for the first time that the Opposition has not participated in the session even for a day and the entire session was a one-sided affair.
BJP members disrupted the Governor's address, boycotted the budget speech of Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, did not participate in discussions on motion of thanks on Governor's address and budget discussions and did not participate in the proceedings throughout the session.
