"It's a government of U-turns, that's how one can put it," Haryana Congress President Ashok Tanwar told reporters here.
"See the tall promises they made in their election manifesto (before Oct 2014 assembly polls). Leave alone fulfilling any of the promise, they (BJP Govt) have not even taken a step in that direction," he charged.
He claimed that the popularity of the BJP government in Haryana had gone down within just seven months of its rule.
"Every section, be it common man, employees, farmers-- everyone is on the streets protesting against this government, which made only hollow promises to them earlier," he charged.
"We will file a chargesheet on BJP government's functioning on the completion of its one year rule," he said.
The Congress leader also expressed concern over recent incident of communal violence that hit Atali village in Faridabad district.
