BJP submits breach of privilege notice against KCR

BJP today said it has submitted a breach of privilege notice to Telangana Assembly Speaker against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for allegedly making some misleading comments in the House.
During a debate on the budget for 2017-18, Rao said there is no Central share in implementation of sheep distribution programme in the state, but an official document shows otherwise, BJP floor leader G Kishan Reddy said in the notice.
Quoting from the outcome budget of animal husbandry department, Reddy said the NCDC (National Cooperative Development Corporation) is offering Rs 3,000 crore as loan and Rs 1,000 crore as grant to the state.
The Chief Minister's comments in the Assembly yesterday amounted to misleading the House and a breach of privilege, Reddy claimed in the notice submitted to the Speaker S Madhusudana Chary.
