A BJP activist was shot dead during a clash between supporters of the party and ruling Trinamool Congress at Domanpur village under Illambazar police station in Birbhum district today, the police said.
The deceased was identified as Eanamul Seikh (24).
Leaders of both the parties accused each other for the clash.
