BJP supporters celebrate Modi-swearing in

BJP workers across West Bengal today celebrated Narendra Modi's swearing in as the Prime Minister of the country by distributing sweets, taking out small rallies and pledging to create a strong and united India.
Celerations were organised at Jorabagan area of Kolkata with sweets being distributed to passerby.
A public broadcasting of Modi's swearing in ceremony over giant screen even as 'ladoos' were served to all who passed by at Sarbakhan Road of Kolkata.
At various BJP districts offices too, giant screens were put up as crowds cheered as Modi took the oath.
Hundreds of BJP workers from across the state gathered at BJP party office and cheered as Modi took over as the 15th Prime Minister of India.

Considered a lightweight in West Bengal politics, the BJP has signalled its arrival in a big way by its stellar performance in the just-concluded Lok Sabha elections, indicating an interesting shift in the political equations in the state.
Not only did it bag the two prestigious seats of Darjeeling and Asansol, it also emerged second in three other seats of Kolkata South, Kolkata North and Maldaha South.
