With an eye on the next assembly polls, BJP has decided to file "charge-sheet" against the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh "to expose its acts of omission and commission".
The state BJP chief Satpal Satti today constituted a seven-member committe to draft the 'charge-sheet' against the Congress government headed by Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh.
The committee is headed by former state BJP president Suresh Bharadwaj and comprises former ministers Mohinder Singh, Ravinder Singh Ravi, Jai Ram and Rajiv Bindal, MLA Randhir Sharma and state BJP Vice President Vipin Parmar.
"The charge-sheet will expose the acts of omission and commission of the government departments, ministers and others," said Satti.
"Party workers at the grassroot level have been asked to collect information about corruption cases, illegalities allegedly committed by the government and instances of misuse of office," he added.
The 'charge-sheet' will be released on December 25 on the occasion of completion of four years of Virbhadra Singh government in office, Satti informed.
This would be second 'charge-sheet' by the BJP against the state government. The main opposition party had submitted the first charge sheet in 2013.
