A top BJP leader today said the party would raise "human rights violations" and law and order situation in Bengal in Parliament and other forums.
BJP general secretary in charge of Maharashtra J P Nadda alleged that the law and order situation in Bengal had broken down and there was rampant human right violations.
"It is practically a jungle raj. It is a government working with an intention to exact revenge. Law and order has collapsed," Nadda alleged.
Nadda said the party would raise the issues in Parliament, Supreme Court, S T Commission and Human Rights Commission.
"We will raise these issues in Parliament, SC, ST, Minority and Human Rights Commissions," Nadda said at a press conference.
He claimed that the Trinamool Congress government was fast losing ground in Bengal which ahs led to frustration.
Nadda's comment came a day after BJP national vice- president Muktar Abbas Naqvi along with other central leaders were arrested for trying to enter Makra village in Birbhum district where three persons were killed in violence.
BJP state president Rahul Sinha said the party would send a two-member team to Makra village tomorrow with relief materials like baby food, milk, edibles and drinking water for affected villagers.
