BJP will return to power in Rajasthan: Raje in assembly

Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today exuded confidence that upcoming Rajasthan assembly elections will be unaffected by the results of recently held bypolls on two Lok Sabha and one assembly constituency in the state where the party lost to opposition Congress.
In her reply to debate on the Motion of Thanks to the Governors address, Raje said that the Opposition has only one work to criticise the government on every single issue.
As soon as Raje began her reply, her own party dissident MLA Ghanshyam Tiwari created disruption which was strongly objected by the Speaker Kailash Meghwal and Parliamentary Affairs minister Rajendra Rathore and Home minister Gulab Chand Kataria.

Tiwari initially refused to sit down and said he will keep standing throughout the CM's reply and later boycotted following strict directions from the chair to maintain the discipline and order.
Deputy leader of opposition Ramesh Meena and independent MLA Hanuman Beniwal also walked out against the ruling partys attitude towards Tiwari.
After this, the chief minister began the reply and said the traditions which have been made over the years should be strengthened instead of setting such examples which would be termed as blot on parliamentary democracy.

She said that the Opposition was only looking for win in the upcoming assembly elections but this will not happen.

Raje said that she has the faith in policies of the Centre and the state government and development works carried out by the government which will help the (BJP's) 'lotus' to bloom again.
She also highlighted achievements of the state government.
After the Chief Ministers reply, the Motion of Thanks to the Governors address was passed by voice-vote and the House was adjourned for the day.
Earlier, the leader of opposition Rameshwar Dudi cornered the government on various issues and said the government has betrayed farmers and youths.
He said that farmers are not getting minimum support price of their crops and they are committing suicide but the government is not serious.

Dudi also claimed that there is resentment among youths as the government is not providing job opportunities.
