Black pepper rd firmed up in an otherwise listless spices market here today on sustained demand from stockists and retailers.

While, other spices held stable in absence of any large-scale buying activities.

Kozhikode copra markets are remained closed today on account of 'EID UL' AZHA'.

Black pepper rd rose by RS 10/10 to Rs 410/460 per kg from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 400/450.
