The 68-year-old musician has decided to give up touring following his battle with lymphoma as the illness causes him to feel exhausted, reported Femalefirst.
"Since I was diagnosed, it's affected everything. As far as touring is concerned, this is it for me. When we've finished, I want to take a break and live a bit of a life, hopefully," Iommi said.
The "Paranoid" guitarist said he is doing fine at the moment and that he has regular tests to monitor his lymphoma.
"I am OK. I try to keep on top of it and go for tests every six weeks," he said.
