Food Network chef Bobby Flay has filed for divorce from actress wife Stephanie March, three weeks after their split.
Flay said in the court documents that his marriage had "broken down irretrievably," reported E! Online.
"The couple had been drifting apart for several months, and even tried to salvage their marriage over a New Year's trip to Amsterdam," a source said.
"But when they got back to the US, Bobby flew to LA to tape his show. Three weeks ago he returned to NYC and Stephanie asked him to leave. Bobby is heartbroken over the end of his marriage. He will always have a place in his heart for Stephanie," the source said.
Flay, 50, and the 40-year-old "Law & Order: SVU" actress wed 10 years ago in New York City after dating for four years.
They do not have any children together. This will be the restaurateur's third divorce.
