The company has also announced that it is planning to invest up to Rs 50 crore during the same period.
"Bodhtree Consulting proposes to invest up to Rs 50 crore in the next five years and expected revenues would be at Rs 400 crore with a potential for up to 1,000 jobs," the company said in a statement released to announce its agreement with Andhra Pradesh government to set up facility in Fintech valley.
"We are delighted to set up our new IT centre in Andhra Pradesh. We are confident that we will expand our footprint in the state with this centre and will be able to cater to the needs of GST of the state and this centre will act as the central back-office for all GST business of Bodhtree," its consulting MD L N Rama Krishna said in the statement.
Bodhtree will expand its other services like enterprise solutions, cloud computing and analytics services from this facility and also develop other software products and services coming for GST suvidha providers.
Shares of Bodhtree consulting today closed at Rs 78.55 a unit, up 5.15 per cent, on BSE.
