Bodies of man, woman found in different places in Tuticorin

Bodies of a woman and man, identified as lovers, were found at two places in the district in what is suspected to be a case of honour killing, police today said.
The partially burnt body of C.Aruna (32) was found in a forest near Tuticorin on June 3.Police said she had been strangled.
Police said the body of C.Rajganesh (25) was found in a highly decomposed state near Palayakayal in the district, adding, both were murdered.
Aruna was originally married to Muthsamy five years ago, but they got divorced, they said.
Then she developed a love affair with Rajganesh, a driver, and they were living together, which irked some of her relatives, police said.

Police said they suspected that it was a honour killing and some persons who were against their relationship had murdered both of them.
