The victim, who has been identified as Santosh Kumar went missing few days back, and was living in Harihar Nagar under Mahrajganj Tarai police station area here, they said.
Kumar got married in April this year and recently his wife delivered a child. He was upset with people making jokes of him becoming a father in five months, police said.
Family members of the victim has not lodged any complaint yet, they said.
The body has been sent for post-mortem to ascertain the cause of death, police said.
