Body recovered
from a drain at Bhaganiachuk under Haibargaon PS of Nagaon town in central Assam today.
Police sources said the body was identified to be that of Gopal Das (50) resident of Khutikatia area of the town.
Stating the cause of his death is yet to be ascertained, sources said investigations were on and the body had been sent for post mortem.
