Bachchan tweeted, "Happy Republic Day for the 26th of January! May our prayers and love for country ever increase... Peace!"
Shah Rukh recalled his childhood days when he used to watch the Republic Day parade with his parents.
"Memories & Pride watching the Parade on TV. Missing my family and how we went to watch the parade from the Freedom Fighters section. Jai Hind," he wrote.
Sonakshi wrote, "Happy Republic Day! #IlovemyIndia #JaiHind."
Actress Shraddha Kapoor shared a photo of herself with her 'ABCD 2' co-star Varun Dhawan. In the picture, Shraddha is seen holding the Indian flag in her hand. Both the stars were seen in white traditional outfits.
