Bollywood's young brigade supports Kunal Rawal at LFW

With Varun Dhawan in tow on the ramp and Arjun Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Mohit Marwah cheering him from the sidelines, Kunal Rawal lived up to his reputation of being the favourite designer when he displayed his latest line at the Lakme Fashion Week.
The show was a perfect amalgamation of fun and fashion as Varun took to the ramp and pulled Arjun from the sidelines to keep him company as he ended his long runway walk.
The duo also lifted Kunal up on their shoulders for the shutterbugs at the end of the show that featured elegant menswear for which the designer is best known for.

Praising his long time friend, Varun said he is proud to see how famous Kunal has become in the fashion circle.
"It is very funny for me to walk the ramp for him.I am a friend of Kunal's. I didn't realize how big a deal he is till I actually came in today. It is s very proud moment for me as a friend. He is a big designer today, besides doing film he is big in the fashion industry as well," he said.
The 'Badlapur' actor wore a deconstructed bandhgala jacket from the designer's collection, which was titled 'Race of Separates'.

The concept of the jacket was that the sleeves were on the kurta. The churi pants which was teamed with the kurta fit like pants. Kunal also introduced a new motif which was the summer palm. It also had knot work, which is the designer's favourite.
"This collection id called race of separates. The idea of this collection was to have luxurious elements that can be worn in different ways. It is a summer collection so we played a lot with fabrics, tried a lot of new things.
"It was an exciting collection and I am lucky to have this beautiful show stopper to stopped my show and create some chaos," Kunal said.
