The former journalist, who was fired from his job at a Ukrainian TV channel following his stunt at Cannes film festival where he crawled under America Ferrera's dress, is facing four charges, said the Hollywood Reporter.
Sediuk was arrested for hitting Pitt on the face while trying to climb the barricade earlier this week at the Hollywood premiere of 'Maleficent'.
Appearing in an East Los Angeles courthouse for his first hearing on the matter since he was arrested Wednesday night, Sediuk was sentenced to a USD 200 fine, 20 days of community labour and 36 months of probation.
Sediuk earned notoriety as the Hollywood prankster for trying to kiss Will Smith during a film premiere, hugging Leonardo DiCaprio and Bradley Cooper and gatecrashing award shows like SAG, Grammys and Cannes.
