The hill top property bought by the 33-year-old "Toxic" hitmaker stretches upto the area of 13,264 square feet, reported Variety.
With five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, the mansion has wall-to-wall carpeting, 35-foot high ceiling, and a fireplace flanked by built-in media cabinets.
The property also includes formal living and dining rooms and an oak-paneled library with built-in bookshelves.
The kitchen in the mansion has all the equipments and facilities a private chef would require. It leads to an open informal dining area with bay window and another fireplace.
