"We are hopeful of registering a 17 per cent growth in revenue at nearly Rs 110 crore in the current fiscal as against the last year's collection of Rs 94 crore," BSNL Indore region's Senior General Manager Ganesh Chandra Pandey told reporters here today.
The state-run firm's Indore unit has earned a revenue of Rs 84 crore till December 31, up 17 per cent over the corresponding period (nine months) of last year, he said.
"We are trying to ensure that this figure comes down to less than Rs 5 crore in the current fiscal," he said.
BSNL has more than 4,25,000 customers in the Indore region.
