Builders asked to submit NGT order compliance affidavit

Authorities in Noida have asked builders to submit NGT order compliance affidavit days after the green tribunal gave directions to strictly follow MoEF guidelines or halt constructions.
Noida Authority Officer on Special Duty Manoj Rai today directed builders to submit NGT order compliance affidavit by April 16 failing which legal action would be taken.
Earlier the authority Chairman Rama Raman had issued notices to all builders.
