Camden Industries sells Century Textiles stake worth Rs 231 cr

Camden Industries today sold nearly 18 lakh shares of Century Textiles and Industries for over Rs 231 crore through open market transaction.
According to the block deal data available with BSE, Camden Industries disposed of 17.85 lakh shares, amounting to 1.59 per cent stake, in the firm.
The shares were offloaded at an average price of Rs 1,295.5 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 231.26 crore, the data showed.
The shares were bought by Cygnet Industries.
The stock of Century Textiles and Industries settled the day at Rs 1293.45, up 0.24 per cent from the previous close on BSE.
