"We are opening a consulate office here in Bangalore by early 2014. It will be head quarters for south India with immigration facilities," Consul and Senior Trade Commissioner (South India) Kyle Nunas told reporters on the sidelines of an event here.
Pointing out that Karnataka alone has 30 Canadian companies, he told reporters, "Two way trade between India and Canada is expected to be USD 15 billion by 2015."
Earlier Nunas announced the arrival of organic Ice Wines and wines from British Columbia, Canada to India under a venture initiated by Bangalore-based Spectrum Organic Wines P Ltd, a subsidiary of the federally registered Pyramid Wine Exports Ltd; Calgary, AB, Canada.
