In a BSE filing, Arihant Superstructures said "one of its subsidiary named as Arihant Abode Ltd has signed the letter of intent for construction works contract for its project named as "Arihant Aspire" located at Panvel Near Navi Mumbai proposed Airport with Capacite Infraprojects Ltd".
It further said: "The contract is valued at Rs 825 crore square feet. This 3 million square feet of area..This brings Arihant Superstructures one step closure to launching this mega project".
Shares of Arihant Superstructures were trading 2.28 per cent higher at Rs 176.95 on BSE.
