The trawler 'FV Bandhan' which sank off the coast on Friday near St Martin's Island in the northeastern part of Bay of Bengal was found today, bdnews24 reported.
The boat had sunk off after it was hit by a Singapore-bound merchant vessel 'Basundhara-8'.
Of the 29 fishermen and crew on board, two were rescued while body of another was fished out from the sea several hours after the incident, it said.
However, as many as 26 others are still missing.
There are no signs of the missing crew until yesterday evening, he said, adding, rescue operation is on to trace them.
