"We have registered a case against the schools for not following District Magistrate's directive in this regard. A case was registered only after conducting videograhps of running schools," DSP Ranvijay Singh said.
The case has been registered at Indirapuram police station.
On January 15, due to unbearable cold, Ghaziabad DM S V S Ranga Rao had announced closure of all schools (government and private) up to January 19.
According to district administration, the step was taken owing to unbearable cold.
