Case against former gram pradhan for land encroachment

A case has been registered against a former gram pradhan and one other person for encroachment of graveyard land at Kudana village in Shamli district, police said.
The police have registered a case against former gram pradhan Kashmiri Lal and Desh Pal yesterday for encroachment of graveyard land at Kudana village under Kotwali Police Station in Shamli district, Dy SP R N Singh said.
The case was registered against the two under relevant sections of the IPC on the complaint of activist Hafizuddin, Singh said, adding, no arrests have been made so far.
