Deputy Superintendent of Police Arvind Yadav said that SHO of Loni Police Station Gorakh Nath Yadav got information that Dhama has uploaded some sensitive content on his facebook account which may spread hatred and communal intolerance amongst various religious groups.
The DSP told that a case under Sections 153 A of IPC (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion) and 66 A of Information Technology Act (for sending offensive messages through communication service) has been registered at Loni Police Station.
