Cashew prices decline on low demand

Cashew prices fell by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today owing to sluggish demand from retailers and stockists amid adequate stocks position.
Cashew kernel (No 180, 210, 240 and 230) prices fell Rs 5 each to settle at Rs 1,065-1,075, Rs 945-955, Rs 905-915 and Rs 775-785 per kg, respectively.
Muted demand from retailers and stockists prevailing at higher levels against increased arrivals, weighed on cashew prices, traders said.
