CBI arrests Rose Valley MD

CBI today arrested Managing Director of ponzi firm Rose Valley Ltd Shibomoy Datta and one Ashok Saha in connection with the ongoing chitfund scam probe.
The two were arrested for illegally raising funds from the public, a CBI spokesperson said.
Earlier, the owner and Chairman of Rose Valley Gautam Kundu was arrested by the ED.
Kundu is now in jail custody.
