CBI court rejects petition against Bihar CM

Judge Sitaram Prasad rejected the petition filed by Mithilesh Kumar on the ground that there was no proof against them.

A couple of months ago, the court had declined to hear the petition which sought to make the JD-U leaders accused in fodder case.

However, the lower court heard the case after the petitioner obtained a direction from the high court to hear his case.

After hearing the case, the CBI court reserved the judgement for today.
