With registration of five new cases, the total FIRs have touched 53.
CBI spokesperson said here today the first case has been registered against three accused regarding alleged illegalities committed in the Police Constable Recruitment Test 2012 conducted by Vyapam.
The second case related to allegations of cheating and forgery against 30 accused persons regarding alleged illegalities committed in the Pre Medical Test 2006 conducted by Vyapam, she said.
The spokesperson said fifth case is against one accused person, relating to alleged illegalities committed in the Police Constable Recruitment Test 2009 conducted by Vyapam.
The probe was handed over to CBI by Supreme Court.
Glaring irregularities in recruitments for various government jobs by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board, or Vyapam, are being probed by CBI. Professionals, high-profile politicians and bureaucrats are believed to be involved in it.
