Khan, who was once quizzed by the CBI in connection with the case, in a public meeting at Kathon area in Bharatpur said that future course of action of agitation would be announced if the demands were not met.
"CBI is trying to wrongly implicate our innocent people and shield those, particularly from police and district administration. We demand the government to change the investigation in order to make the probe unbiased," Khan said.
Ten persons of a community were killed in the communal violence resulting from a land dispute and police firing in Gopalgarh town in Bharatpur on September 14, 2011.
Opposition BJP had also recently alleged that the CBI was trying to wrongly implicate some of its local leaders and sitting MLA Anita Singh in the case.
